Overpriced, poor quality

I buy through amazon one of your customer service reps wanted to know my experiences with Bluedio products so here we go... This is my 5th set of headphones I've purchased from bluedio, 2 Revolution R+ Legend, 2 TM headphones, the only thing I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with is my victory headphones, the 1st Generation I paid alot for them, almost $400 through amazon, $368 + tax shipping etc, the headband broke after 3 months, I'm very careful with my electronics, all my other headphones are intact except the victory, I waited for my tax return just to be able to afford buying them, great sound quality but now they're not available any more, and there's victory 2 so that's more money, I dont know if I'll continue to buy bluedio products mainly because I did attempt to contact bluedio customer service regarding this matter and that was over a year ago, never got a response never got any reply, so at this point someone emailing me to just say sorry? Dont bother that's not going to fix my $400 broken headphones. Also if you need to verify my purchases of your bluedio products you can very them through Amazon being that you're a vendor through Amazon, I been buying through Amazon for over 15yrs. I would like for you to do something about my broken headphones! )
