Somehow I got an additional purchase and now I have been charged the first time for a subscription which I was trying cancelling since the first moment of the 7 days of trial period. Once I realised this would be happening, I left a message through the website and several times by emails. Never heard anything back. Now I have sent a message on their Facebook page, too. But I am not expecting much ... But I am still hoping at least to suspend this subscription from having any more charges on my card.
