Hi Team, This is Chitikela. Praveen I have gone to Star Bazaar at Koramangala at Bengaluru on November 25th 2017. It was Saturday and the shop was very quiet with hardly few customers at evening. I have purchased Cucumber, palak, mint, curry leaves and other stuff. Was shocked to see that the staff at the vegetable section had charged me with two different prices for the cucumber. Then I had come to know that there are two different cucumber mixed in the same basket, how can you expect the customers to segregate the cucumbers? I was in hurry and I and other customers also cannot segregate them, this needs to be checked by the staff. The other one is it's clear hoarding displayed at the green leafy vegetables showing that the price of all the "Green leafy" vegetables are @ 1 rupee. But I was shocked that they are charging more then what is the point in the displaying the price on the hoarding? It's just cheating the customers showing least price at the display section and overcharging the customers. This shows how you cheat the busy customers. I went to the customer service desk for the explanation, they were not reacting to this, one of the staff with employee ID "[protected]". He has got to versions he says that the cucumbers will not get mixed, and he himself changes his version and says that it might have got mixed due to some customers. And other thing that I didn't expect from them is that they were pointing to me saying that I had taken from the other basket. How can the staff point to the customer in this way? If the customer purchased more than 20 to 50 products then you can imagine what would be the loss to the customers due to overcharging. The department manager is least bothered about the customers, he is not even reacting to this. Finally overall bad experience with the Star Bazaar it took around 1 hr and finally they have done the mistake. Kindly take some action, request higher officials to contact.
