Overcharging and dubious billing practices

Original review updated by user Jul 16, 2021 after confirming bill was up to date and paid in full 6/21, received bills 2 wks later and calls claiming "outstanding balance" - turns out bills are sent without totals, and online bill does not show fees or charges, so those "customers often overlook" (as quote by agent) so accrue more charges and fees. Agent admitted systems are not transparent. Seems dubious in order to charge for fees, charges on regular basis. I paid in full but refused to email confirmation paid in full bill. User's recommendation: AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
