Overcharged on a collect call

I accepted a collect call through legacy inmate communications using my debit card. I know for sure it was less than 3 minutes my debit card was charged $25.86 dated 11/12/2019, I'm hoping the card will credit after a few days, this is the one and only call. Please advise.
