Overcharged for rental and waited in line for 5 hours to get wrong car

On 4/17/21, had a reservation at Orlando airport for compact SUV to pick up at 8:00pm. Waited in line for 5 hours!!! I had to take an economy car or I wouldnt get a car that night. My credit card has been charged another $200 in fees. Ive been trying to call customer service to get a refund on the difference between the SUV and economy car, I cant get ahold of anyone. Nobody answers the customer service numbers! User's recommendation: DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR!!!
