On 2/17/21 I placed an order for 3 items. I promptly received 1 for an amount of $79.95 My order # is K5636736 my checking account was charged immediately for $172.13 the 2 items that were back ordered were supposed to be back in stock on 2/27/2021. I contacted customer service and was told that they only charged my account in the amount of $106.00 and that I had cancelled the other items. Which was not true. I gave her the confirmation # from my bank for the 172.13 She was very rude, I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said there was not one available. She said she was sending me a letter that had the transaction for $106. I received the letter the content was the items were no longer available. Since the items are not available I am requesting a refund for the items that I did not get. The confirmation # from my bank for the $172.13 is [protected] I would like this problem resolved ASAP.
