Overcharge and no refund

Ordered for pickup at local restaurant. ChowNow overcharged me $20 as told to me by the restaurant itself. Since I paid ChowNow I now have to get my money back from ChowNow. Online Chat, 1-888 number, email to the CEO all go unanswered. Horrible experience - first and only. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE CHOWNOW!! Call your restaurant and order directly from them. The online platform is tempting - DON'T DO IT!!
