Overall service and experience has been frustrating

HSBC has been my most unpleasant banking experience. They are constantly changing their security measures, but they only service as an inconvenience to the customer. Using your birthday to log in, needing to carry and extra device that they provide that generates security code when you go to an ATM or log in online. The ridiculous banking fees, the severely out dated phone app, Call in customer service is a roll of the dice if you will get a knowledgeable rep. I added my fiancé to my account and the rep at the bank harassed her about a document by call her cell phone, sending an email and calling her employer. I'm closing this account the first chance I get. User's recommendation: Be wary.
