The apartment we are renting has a lot of problems and needs upgrading badly. It looks like they do not maintain the property as it should be. But I can’t say that our overall experience with this company is bad. The staff are friendly. We have no complaints about the maintenance men. They come and do their work fast and properly. And the neighbors are nice people, which makes our stay here enjoyable. Hoping that the company will soon take up the challenge of solving the existing problems, I give 4 stars, not less.
