My sister sent me a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries for my birthday. When they arrived I put the box in the refrigerator to enjoy after dinner. Three out of four of mine were extremely overripe so I gave them to my neighbor. I contacted my sister, she contacted you. I was sent a replacement box. Excited because I was told these would be PERFECT, sweet and make me smile. They were worse! Stems were partially brown and brittle. Definitely NOT freshly picked!!! What a rip-off!
