I have had my account now with compass for less than 6 months. As a working mom of 4, I live paycheck to paycheck unfortunately. I've noticed that as my account balance gets low, Compass likes to post charges out of the order I made them resulting in overdraft fees. Now I've hit my breaking point because Amazon charged me for something I didn't do. I called them, they immediately fixed it. Compass charges me another overdraft fee and REFUSES to cancel it even though I forwarded the email from amazon to Compass showing it wasn't a charge I allowed. Compass needs a lawsuit against them like Bank of America for several years ago for their overdraft fees misuse!
