Over charging my account

One of your workers called me last month and said that we only owed $400 and change for our Cal King Purchase and took 2 payments of $200+ a week back to back that was NOT AUTHORIZED BY MYSELF OR MY WIFE, NOW THIS MONTH ANOTHER PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT WHEN WE ARE DONE PAYING FOR THE MATTRESS, I KEEP TRYING TO CALL AND IM ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH NO ONE ANSWERING..... PLEASE RECTIFY THIS WRONG, OR I WILL PRESS CHARGE'S AND REPORT TO THE BBB THANK You.... Also I would like a print out of my total transactions, I believe that we over payed sed amount... User's recommendation: Keep track of your monthly payments.
