Over charged shipping charges

My husband ordered a pair of boots and had to return them due to poor quality. We wre charged another rediculos charge to return them.In all we paid 24.00 in shipping.Called Bamason to help with issue, but they refused.Will never even consider this co. in the futhur.98% of online shopping offer free shipping to you.Stick with them.If product is defective, companies should not chatge you for returns
