Picked up vehicle at Detroit airport returned at Ohare airport was charged $400.00 for smoking I do not even smoke I contacted customer service twice first gentleman told me he couldnt do anything and hung up on me. I called back to speak with another rep and she stated that supervisors were busy and would not take my call. I refuse to pay for something I didnt do. User's recommendation: At this point none.
