Over-Charged for an Incomplete job

I called and ask if they could remove a fiber tub and shower assembly and replace it with a walk-in shower. The reply was " I'll be right over and have a look at what you have", but never showed. Recalled the next morning, and his reply was that he could not find the address because he wrote it down wrong. He did arrive about an hour later, and said he could do the job and gave me an estimate, and stated that he could start on it the next morning. Well, noon of the next day, he and his co-worker showed up and began the work. In the mean time, I had already removed the tub surrounding and almost had the tub removed. The worker processed to remove the tub assembly and installed the shower base pan, and changed the plumbing fixtures as required. Three hours later, he stated that he was completed. I then questioned him that the wall kit and door assembly were not installed. His reply was " I don't do carpenter word, I only do plumbing", and that I would have to get a carpenter to come in and complete the job ! At such time, he loaded up his equipment and presented me a bill for $600 dollars. So if you would like to pay a plumber $200 dollars an hour for an incomplete job, call this man. PS. Before installing the wall units, I found water leaks at two of the connections on the faucet assembly he had installed, which I fixed myself !
