Over charged and wasted time

the customer service agent was new he took an hour to get my reservation for my car reserved on line. He kept doing the transaction over and over again. I asked is this going to show up on my credit card he said no. I should have only had one transaction but it turned out to be 4 transactions on my card that were pending. Two charges were for 714.88 and two charges were for 490.88. Nobody did anything to help.Dopl User's recommendation: please don't use them they will not help you in any way.
