Order #1663 - 12-volt battery-powered ride on x 1 = $49.99 USD order Dec. 1, 2018 - NEVER RECEIVED Order #15956 - Hot Scooter - $99.00 USD order Dec. 9, 2018 - NEVER RECEIVED Order # 4643 - Snow Joe iON13SS 40-volt Cordless Snow Shovel - Ordered Nov. 21, 2018 - $69.90 USD - NEVER RECEIVED Can you please advise as to status of these orders and why they have never been delivered.
