I ordered on Aug 7th a fall dress for my daughter It said it would be 3-5 weeks before I get it. It is now double that at 11 weeks and it still has not shipped. I have emailed the company twice. The first reply to my email took 2 weeks to answer and the second reply took another week. I still don’t have the dress, still out of money and still mad. Still says not shipped! The dress was for family photos which already happened. I sew clothes and there is no way that it would take me over 2 months to make a dress (esp one without a zipper). So mad and this is a bad company. Never buy from Screaming Owl, have tons of excuses but no product coming to you. I would just like my money back at this time. So unhappy.
