Turned on self cleaning for my oven on Saturday April 3 , 2021, after time cut off and door unlocked noticed the glass had crack in 3 places. Contact the Custom Care Team on Sunday to see what I needed to do. I was told since the oven is three years old it was out of warranty. Not sure why this would not be covered seems to be there is a default in the part. User's recommendation: Ask lots of questions before purchasing your item.
