Just a word or warning, this company refers or outsource work to ALIGNMENTS PLUS of Bellevue, a business that through nothing less than gross negligence, could have cost the lives of my family. That company was used as an outsource by another I contracted to do work and they put a tire on with the lugs finger tight, and I found out when my F350 started vibrating violently while doing 70 mph downhill in a curve on Interstate 90. I dodged semis and other large trucks to cross 3 lanes of traffic an get to a shoulder just in time, before the wheel fell off. It was being held on only by the extended hub and the weight of the vehicle, all 8 lug bolts had been broken by the loose wheel. When I talked to the tech who recalled working on my truck and told me he put the tires on, I explained what happened and he BLATANTLY LIED, telling me he was sure they were tight and that he "checked them twice", the evidence says otherwise. I spoke to the owner who showed up at 11 and explained how this very basic screw up could have killed my family and he proved to be an arrogant *** who made excuses telling me "they torque everything" before even talking to his tech, easy to see why the techs lie too. DANGEROUS BUSINESS. I would not ever use Discount tires if this is who they outsource work too. KNOW WHO ACTUALLY WORKS ON YOUR VEHICLE!!
