After coming out of a 24-month contract I was moved to a variable rate of more than $18 dollars per kilowatt which is almost 3 times the market rate. I immediately switched providers and because I switched they decide to call me. They didn't do anything when I complained but switching got them off their butts. They called me to ask "why are you switching?" I'm guessing my complaint fell on deaf ears. Now I understand that I was outside my contract BUT their variable rate is outrageous. So much for being a client for 4 years. User's recommendation: DO Not work with them.
