Outlander fire

Raymond Wilcheck N11892 Oriole Lane Elcho WI. 54428 (2**) **2-0580 BRP Management RE: Outlander fire To whom it may concern: I am writing to you to inform BRP of an incident I had with my Cam-Am Outlander L DPS 570 Rotax 4-Wheeler. I purchased the Outlander in June 2016 from Antigo Yamaha in Antigo Wisconsin. On November 23, 2017 I rode my 4-Wheeler about 3 blocks down to the lake near my home to meet my daughter. I turned off the machine and walked over to my daughter, a minute or two passed and she asked me why the 4-wheeler was smoking. I started walking towards it and I noticed it was on fire. We were unable to extinguish the fire and waited for the fire department to put the fire out. I had insurance which paid the remainder of my loan but now have no 4-wheeler. I loved that machine and would like to purchase another, but am somewhat hesitant. I had just paid enough to get the depreciation down to its value. I know BRP has incentives to purchase year end models. Are there any programs available to customers in my situation? I would love to tell everyone how BRP stands by its products and cares about its customers. I am not looking for a free machine but would appreciate any help. Thank you for your consideration, Raymond Wilcheck
