My swimming pool, spa area has leaked since completion in 2012 and they refuse to fix it. Company has lied in BBB responses, designer has insulted me and my wife and their warranty supervisor isn't competent. Their secretary in their office even lied to me about equipment warranty because I hadn't sent them any referrals. Seriously??!! So, I called the pool equipment company myself and they gladly came out and repaired and replaced the equipment for free because it was under warranty. When I called the girl back she said she would have been able to help had a referred them to friends and neighbors or if I had let their photographer come by after the completion to take pictures for their website. They said they would only come out and fix it if I agreed to pay half of the bill? They also said that I made unreasonable requests stating I asked them to tear out all of my coping around my spa in order to detect the leak. I never said that. You should absolutely avoid these guys. Or, call them and see how rude their designer is that's from Australia and see for yourself. Absolutely the worst customer service skills of any human being I've ever met.
