Blink outdoor camera system is a complete joke. My safety depends on them working. Tech support has given me very excuse including knowingly not putting info needed on box or online. No paperwork with cams and they dont function, wont take a photo or alert to motion in addition every time you use them you have to reset the devices and delete WiFi and data. Then if they connect sometimes they work for all of 5 min then the process starts all over again. Also not disclosed that to use them the camera operates on blink WiFi to module and in doing so IT FORCES YOU TO USE AN OPEN UNSECURED CONNECTION allowing others to *** your info. And you cant rename the connection so anyone who knows blink nearby can hop the n and kick you off. Better off with fake cameras that dont cost nearly as much as you cant use blink and never reliable User's recommendation: Run.
