Our cable and internet went out on Saturday 5/15/21 due to an outage because of a blown amplifier. I reported the lack of service next morning. After they made us go through a battery of tests, they claimed there was a good signal and there wasn't an outage (even though there was). The cable and internet did not come back on until 5/19/21 late in the evening. I called suddenlink today told them we absolutely no service and we have 2 people working from home that had to go elsewhere to find internet. My bill is $238+ dollars a month with NO premium channels, just expanded basic and internet. I was told that all of my days of no service, I would be reward a whopping $15.97! I have been with suddenlink from day one even before they were suddenlink 30+ years. Very disappointed, I will contacting one of the other 4 cable/internet providers to change service, this is totally unacceptable. When I asked what this $15.97 credit is based on, I could not get a clear answer other than outage data whatever that means.
