Ridiculous!!! It’s horrible when you the consumer is out of state and your debit card have been blocked. You contact your financial institution to resolve they, you give your name, address, social security number and your date of birth but still can’t assist the customer. What type of service is this if you can’t assist your customers? Very dissatisfied customer
