We constantly have problems with our filter for our dispenser. The filter is CONSTANTLY getting clogged and the water take hours to go through, if at all. These are new filters we are talking about. We follow directions to the T and have constant problems. I (AGAIN) had to call customer service to complain and they said that they would love to send out a new filter but "they are out of stock"! and have NO IDEA when they will be getting new filters in. A Day A week! A month? Several months? Who knows! Stay away from this company and Pur products. I am switching to Britta. Every Our product that I have ever purchased has had issues. I am done! User's recommendation: Buy Britta.
