Our brand new washing machine
We received our brand new Whirlpool washing machine just this past Sat evening, 9/8/18, and we tried it out. The hose is broken and water was all over the floor. I called that evening and was told someone would call back re: repairs within the hour. No one called. I called the following day (9/9/18--Sunday) and was told the same thing. No one called within the hour. I haven't heard from the Santa Rosa team today either. What do I need to do to get someone to repair the hose?
