Update by user Jan 30, 2018 I called yet again and spoke with 3 different people but still getting the run around. The last person told me that they tried to issue a credit but PayPal refused it. Every person I spoke with over the last 3 weeks said the credit had been issued. PayPal says they have had no response from the company at all. PayPal C/S says the company will be flagged in their system but not sure what that means. Doubt I will ever get my money back but I am on a mission to let EVERYONE know that they are a fraudulent company. I wonder if they even stock any merchandise at all! Original review posted by user Jan 29, 2018 Do not order from this company! They take orders but do ship them and then refuse to refund the money!!! I received a refund for $7.99 on a $40.99 order but never received anything. Despite multiple phone calls with long hold times I can't get a credit for the $33.00 balance. They just keep saying that it’s coming but no refund is ever issued. I placed the order on December 12, 2017. It’s clear they have no intention of refunding my money. They say the address is invalid even though FED X (their shipper) arrives at my office twice a day for the last 6 years.
