My review may occasionally make someone laugh. Last month I ordered 2 chairs for outdoor. I wanted to have a barbeque area where me and my friend can sit and drink beer. I choose oak chairs of deep brown color. I waited for them for 2 weeks but when I opened the box there was a table for barbeque. My friend almost lost his voice laughing, and I was not angry as well. We called the shop to explain the issue and they apologized for the happening and asked our permission to resend the order. Yesterday, my chairs came and there was a card with apologies from the leadership team, I believe. No worries, I understand that mistakes are common and should not be considered very bad.
