I ordered size 12 mens shoes and instead received size 10.5. Then learned that to get a refund I must pay for return shipping. If only the option for ZERO stars. I will give them to someone else and let my friends know to stay away from this site. Highway Robbery! User's recommendation: Do Not Use This Site! Highway Robbery!
