Ordered not right

1st they took my order 10 cars from the window then we ask for sweet tea and we got unsweetened tea then the food was cold so I called up there The lady told me to bring the food back with my receipt I am on a 30 minute lunch break I cannot just go back up there she told me to bring it back when I can Then she does not speak proper English
