Ordered, bought, paid for 1gig service…only get 60mbps/36mbps

Hooked up 1gig service yesterday Internet slowed to a crawl...60mbps/40mbps Called shaw, Chatted with 5 or 7 tech reps NO RESOLVE Diffferent reps said; -we offer UP TO 1gig..so 60mbps is fine -1,0000mbps is not a speed or rate -call back in a few days, it takes time to get it up to 1gig User's recommendation: R U N A W A Y ! ! !
