Ordered a wine hamper to be delivered to my brother in Brisbane and nothing in the hamper that I ordered arrived. Everything was substituted.

Instead of delivering a red wine hamper, Bloomex substituted my order and delivered a sweet treat hamper. This is not what I ordered or paid for. Had I known there was no wine available for the wine hamper, I wouldn't have ordered it. I want a full refund. I sent in pics which shows that what I ordered is not m what was delivered. No acknowledgement of fault and no compensation received. Order number 1745391
