Do not buy anything from this company (China). They will rip you off. I ordered a Quilt for my mother for Christmas and it arrived two months late, which is really not the issue although, I was a bit disappointed. The real reason I am upset is because the website was terrible and they informed me that I could have returned an item that I ordered by mistake. I didn't get my confirmation right away because the website went down, so I thought the order did not go through. I then ordered another Quilt for 69.00. I IMMEDIATELY realized my mistake and emailed the customer service message board. They are extremely responsive; however, the person said "no problem" wait until the quilts come in and follow the directions on sending the one you ordered by mistake back and they will refund my money. Well, fast forward two months later. I received the gift (Quilt) for my Mother, two months after I ordered it, a month after Christmas, then I received the other Quilt, I tried to return it. I contacted their Customer Service again. And the only name I had was an Amy M. which was on the package. The person in Customer service said take a picture of everything and send it to them. So, I did. I didn't even open it the Quilt, it is still in plastic. The Customer Service person said that it was too late to return and their policy states that they would only return items that were damaged. I explained that when I ordered on their website I should have been able to cancel because I accidentally ordered two of them, and when I contacted them, they said it would NOT be a problem. So, basically they lied, and now I am stuck with an ugly cheaply made scrabble blanket. I would like to return this item and get my money back. The blanket is still in its original package. I saved all of my communication emails/messages with this terrible company.
