Ordered a forever 21 jacket but never received it

I ordered a jacket on feb 12 and on feb 17 my ordered marked delivered to me but I never recieve the order.According to tracking my ordered delivered to someone else address not mine and its poshmark mistake on their end. I reported and contacted them million times about it but until now I never get a refund for an item I paid and never recieve. Its marked delivered but I never recieve the item.
