Order was NOT shipped on time

Ordered some parts 2 weeks prior to my vacation. Told them that I need those parts before. Was promised NO problems. Nobody answers the phone. Communication by text ONLY and they don t t answer on time I am going on vacation tomorrow, and just now got the text that my parts are coming sometime next week. I don t have any use for them. Because of it I will not be able to fix and use my UTV on my vacation User's recommendation: never use these people.
