Update by user Mar 23, 2021 Furthermore, I will not be marking this as resolved because Petcarerx DID NOT resolve it, PayPal did. At this time, pissedconsumer.com does not seem to have an option to mark it resolved without it looking like the company at fault resolved it. Update by user Mar 23, 2021 Petcarerx did not respond...
