Order Was Cancelled

I ordered a dress yesterday, May 20, 2021, and today I received an email saying my order has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and payment issues though my payment went through. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for 30 minutes. This is urgent because my prom is on June 6th, therefore, I need my money back or the dress to be shipped again asap. I would like to speak with customer service to get my order situated.
