I work for a charity, Youth Engagement Solutions Ltd. I have noticed on the charity account an Amazon purchase entry For the value of £295.98, using our Charity Debit Card No. 4658 60** **83 5037 ,which I don't recognised. I need to know who placed the order, what was it for and where it was delivered, as no one in the charity has made an order recently. The bank statement shows as "Reference on 10 July BDC" and the amount of £295.98 came from our account on the 12-07-2021 This is a serious matter for a charity so I would appreciate as it could constitute fraud, therefore I would greatly appreciate if you could let have details of the the order as specified above User's recommendation: try to talk to a real customer services.
