Order not sent, misleading online information

I have ordered 3 products at the Gearbest webshop on Feb. 10th. The order is insured and the shipping forwarder chosen was DHL. After several attempts to receive constructive information about reasons of delay and expected new shipping schedules I started making screenshots on the website regarding my ordered products. It seems that Flash Sale durations are simply prolonged even when announced to be ending in a certain time frame. Also the expected new shipping dates are simply shifted forward without any explanation. No solution is offered apart from offering to refund. I expect to get compensated for the fact of being misled. There is no human interaction that results in a personal dialog with their service department. The number of complaints online are numerous. I seek international legal action against the practices of Gearbest as a company.
