Order not received, refuse to refund

I've ordered (Number:[protected]) 2 items at 15/6/2021. Shipping day 16/6/2021. The order was supposed to arrive at 10 to 18 business days. Today is 11/8/2021 and still nothing. I have contacted many times the customer care but there is not any answer. They want Me to contact the post services, which is not my obligation, it's theirs. I want refund for the extremely delay and they say that they will NOT refund. I paid by PayPal and i have also referred the issue to them. I've lost my money. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN ORDER FROM THEM
