Feb 14, 2019 My card was charged for a small order which never arrived. I was able to get through to customer service (what a joke with the most uniformed person imaginable) one time and was told that the company would send a follow-up email-- didn't happen. I sent a message to Survival Life on their Facebook page. A day later, I received a response which included their "intent to make the customer happy." I told them "too late, I have already contacted my bank." NEVER would I trust this company again.
