Order not received and never received email or tracking info for the order

Im paying for an order for a company call earcaremd and I have not received the item and it has been over a month. I never received an email from this company confirming the order and never got a tracking never. Also I went to to and find them on TikTok which is where I found this company, I noticed that they either blocked me or there account got deleted. I have no pictures to show as proof because I never got a email. I want to get my money back, because they are robbing me. The only proof I have is the money Im spending User's recommendation: Be careful what you purchase on TikTok or Instagram.
