I ordered berries for Valentine's day to be delivered on Feb 13. Order number W010057****5540. As of today, no berries. They are now telling me that they are resending the order to possibly be there by the 17, 3 days AFTER Valentine's Day. I've requested steps for a refund repeatedly. All I get is that they are sorry and have a 100% smile quarantee. I am NOT smiling! I will not be ordering from this company again. Horrible customer service. User's recommendation: Order from another company.
