Order not arrived and still in China!!!

Order not arrived after 3 weeks and from the information given by the merchant merchant - Forerunner it is still in China and the tracking they provided is in Chinese. Wowcher are totally useless regarding problem solving and are now ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages despite forwarding them the refines email from the merchant. User's recommendation: Do NIT use Wowcher.
