I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service I have received. I have bought many items from you and love your merchandise BUT the service when something goes wrong is abysmal! It has been almost two weeks now since the delivery I had been informed had been made (it hadn't) and my instigation for a request regarding a replacement has been made. In that two weeks I have had several messages with DOR forms attached, one of which I duly printed out, added my signature, and posted back to your company at the Peterborough address. This had all my details on it including the order number. I couldn't do it online as I do not have the "add a wet signature" capability! The bottom line here is that I am the customer and the only one out of pocket at the moment! I feel that a replacement order should be sent whilst you are investigating the delivery company concerned - Yodel, I believe. I cannot find a phone number for you anywhere and I had really wanted to speak to someone to get this dealt with directly.
