I tried ordering 36 Holiday Butter Cream cookies for $39.99 with free shipping online but had difficulty. Since I am a new customer I had received $10 coupon code that I should have been able to apply. I contacted customer service and spoke with Lucy who tried to help by taking my order via phone, gave her the promo code, she had difficulty, the whole process took 45 mins. She said the coupon was not working because I had to spend $40 which no where on my coupon did it say that so I asked for a supervisor Ace Padilla and was on hold another 25 mins only to hear he was helping someone else. It should not be this difficult putting an order in. I will be writing to Corporate if this issue isnt resolved because it just shouldnt be this difficult. User's recommendation: Not sure since I don’t have resolution yet.
