I ordered 20, 000 MAh Power Bank for Smartphones and Datazone Flat Charger Cable (DZ-SMC001, Blue) last January 26, 2017 with order no. SA512361865. The Datazone Flat Charger was delivered January 31, 2017 while the Power Bank is still pending so I contacted the Wadi Support service to ask the status of my order and they told me that only white are available that's why it is still pending so I told them that it is ok if the power bank's color is white. January 29, 2017 someone called me form Wadi to confirm my order from black color to white. The next day I ask support service about my order and then they told me it will be shipped February 6, 2017 and did not receive any email so I ask again in support service and they told me that it was already cancelled due to the reason that it was out of stock.
